Shipping policy
At Elevia, every product is made to order, and the delivery time shown below includes both production and transport to you.
Estimated delivery time
- Romania: 4-6 business days
- European Union: 6-8 business days
- All other international destinations (United Kingdom, Switzerland/Norway/Liechtenstein, United States, Canada, South America, Asia, Australia/New Zealand): similar timeframes, depending on customs and the local courier; we'll keep you updated by email on your order status.
Tracking is done via the AWB number sent by SMS/email once the parcel is handed to the courier (Sameday app).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.

For international orders over €700, shipping is free.
Customs duties & import taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price. These are estimated at approximately 12-16% of the order value and are collected by customs/the courier on delivery, according to your country's regulations. This does not apply to orders shipped within the EU or to Romania.
Special situations
In exceptional cases, such as a temporary stock shortage or a very high volume of orders, a few extra days (typically up to 7) may be added to the production stage, and delivery may exceed the timeframes above. This type of delay is rare, but possible during restocking periods or increased demand. Regardless of the situation, we guarantee that your product will reach its destination. You will be notified by email about your order status, and our team is always available for any delivery-related questions.
