At Elevia by Nico, every product is made to order. The delivery time shown below includes both production and transport.

Where we deliver

We deliver to Romania, the other countries of the European Union and Switzerland.

Estimated delivery time

Romania, European Union and Switzerland: 5-7 business days

You receive a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Romania time) are processed the next business day. In exceptional cases, such as high demand or a temporary shortage of materials, up to 7 extra days may be added to production. You will be informed by email about your order status.

Shipping costs

Romania: 20 RON
European Union: €30
Switzerland: €35

Shipping is free for orders of €250 or more (the equivalent in your currency is applied automatically at checkout). The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs duties and import taxes (Switzerland)

For orders shipped to Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price and are collected on delivery according to local regulations. This does not apply to orders shipped within the European Union.
